Our personal training coaches help you define goals, make a plan and start a routine. All coaches at The Body Architect tailor workouts to each individual with a focus on functional training: exercises that enhance and support the activities you perform every day.

Semi-private personal training is geared toward groups of 2 to 4 members who want the accountability that comes with personal training and the fun of working out in a group. Semi-private training is an extremely effective and cost efficient way to achieve great results.

One-on-one personal training allows you to work closely with a personal training coach to achieve your goals. This the most focused way to workout.
