The Body Architect’s fitness philosophy embraces finding a path that brings balance to the body, mind, and spirit. This outwardly simple approach represents a synthesis of Stephen Anderson’s background in psychophysical movement, Asian practices, functional training (borrowed from the world of sports), and fitness wisdom he has picked up in his twenty-plus years in the industry. His routines consist of a series of synergistic exercises. One set prepares for the next and each set is unique, thoroughly working every muscle group.

Anderson’s philosophy extends to the design of The Body Architect, which provides a serene, uncluttered space where, free from stress, members can bring their attention and intention to the moment. He places the highest emphasis on body-mind awareness, proper postural alignment, and breathing, which are all essential for optimal benefit.
