* Members attending these classes are requested to bring their own mats. However, we can help if you forget your mat, or if you are starting out

Pilates   Challenging and fun, develop core strength and great abs, while you become long and lean.
Strong Women  
Become a strong woman. ... and look good! Develop your muscle definition and tome your body.  You will become a master of free weights and see results in six to eight weeks.
Power Yoga  

This class will challenge your body, increase your strength and endurance wile relaxing your mind, a great combination that will leave you refreshed and full of vitality.

Dancers Workout   Tone and elongate your body while you improve your flexibility and core strength.  This is a unique, fun class designed to keep dancers bodies strong.
