Stephen Anderson’s training style, which has evolved over more than two decades, is based on psychophysical movement: honoring both body and mind. It is helpful in assessing all the roadblocks to optimal performance.
A typical personal training session includes components of balance, strength, flexibility and cardio, and draws on elements of time honored techniques such as Pilates, yoga and qi gong. Nutritional awareness is also essential and we can discuss and offer guidance in an eating style conducive to meeting your fitness goals. Wellness counseling can provide further guidance, motivation, and focus.
Through the techniques taught by our trainers, you can learn to exercise with greater efficiency and make the most of your time—whether you have 15 minutes or an hour. More isn’t necessarily better.
